Sky3ds flashcard supports directly on New 3DS Firmware: V10.3.0-28!

Sky3ds supports 3ds roms on 3DS 10.3.0-28U/E/J to play free roms directly.

Nintendo 3DS Latest System 10.3.0-28 has been updated on Nov 9th, 2015.
Sky3ds.com officially confirmed Sky3ds could support V10.3.0-28 without limit.
And the updated template file [2015-11-10] was released almost at the same time.
If you want to keep your NEW 3DS/3DS/2DS with the newest firmware to access eshop, 
download DLC and play games online. All Sky3ds card users are ok to do so.

New Sky3ds (with blue button) no game limit, can play 3ds roms games on all 3DS console 

version include the latest 3DS V 10.3.0-28 U/E/J, which means whatever your 3DS console
